1. Acceptance of Terms and Service Description

By using the Transcriber for WhatsApp service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Our Service allows users to forward WhatsApp voice notes to our designated number for transcription. We use advanced cloud-based AI for transcription, and the resulting text is sent back to the user via WhatsApp.

2. User Responsibilities and Content

You are solely responsible for the content of the voice notes you submit for transcription. Do not submit any confidential, sensitive, illegal, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

We do not store the content of your voice messages or transcriptions. We only retain your WhatsApp user ID and a count of messages sent for service functionality. By using this Service, you acknowledge that your voice messages will be processed by our systems for transcription purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content of your voice messages. By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content for the purpose of providing the transcription service.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the transcriptions, or any consequences resulting from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
